Who operates Vezlume, how we use your data, and the terms of our video studio.
The product page is public. Studio access and generation remain restricted to the operator during testing.

Terms of service
Review these terms before using the studio. Purchases require acceptance of the policy version shown with the order.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so. Creating content for children does not allow minors to open or use an account. Keep your credentials protected and respect access restrictions.
The current service
Vezlume AI provides a workspace for projects, scripts and media, scene-based video editing, and exports using uploaded material. Export formats depend on browser compatibility. The studio remains in private beta for its operator. Customer generation and public purchases are not open; available languages and models are shown in the studio and activation is subject to the relevant testing.
Your files and the results
You retain your existing rights in your files. You must have the permissions needed to upload, process and use them, including people’s images or voices. You authorise us and the necessary providers to process that material to carry out your requests. Review results before use: AI may make mistakes or generate content similar to other users’ results. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights. Commercial use depends on the rights in the material and the conditions of the model used.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or privacy or intellectual-property violations. Do not submit sensitive personal data for generation, introduce malicious code or bypass security controls. Do not extract provider credentials or expose or resell access to their API. Generation features are also subject to the provider’s terms, the model’s conditions and territorial restrictions.
Prices, credits and delivery
Public purchases are disabled. Once enabled, the order will show the price, currency, applicable taxes, included credits and any renewal before payment. Credits are usage units, not money or a transferable balance. The current system has no scheduled credit expiry; cancelling a subscription retains the balance already credited. Each paid action must show its cost before confirmation. A completed generation may consume credits even if you dislike the result; another attempt is a new action. Credits or access are delivered to your account after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.
Availability, changes and your rights
Availability depends in part on hosting and external providers. We may restrict use that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk, and explain the reason where appropriate. Material price or renewal changes will be disclosed before they apply to future purchases or renewals. Contact support about errors or incorrect delivery so we can investigate and provide the remedy due. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Information we process
We use the identifier provided through ChatGPT sign-in to associate projects, files, jobs and credits with your account. Your name or email may appear during the session but are not saved as profile fields in the project database. We process project titles, scripts, generation prompts, uploaded files, results, exports and the necessary usage records. Information you send to support or provide at payment may be stored separately for those purposes.
Why we use it
We process this information to save and manage projects, perform requested actions, manage access and usage, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We use the lawful basis applicable to each purpose, including providing the service, legal obligations or consent where required. Do not enter identity documents, payment credentials, medical records or other sensitive personal information in projects or generation prompts.
Local Clipper files
The current Clipper module reads and trims your selected video in your browser. It does not send that video, its cuts or the clip text to Vezlume storage or an AI provider. Download your results before closing the tab; the module does not save the project and you must reselect the file after reloading. This description applies only to Clipper, not to uploads or generation in the main studio.
Providers and transfers
The beta uses ChatGPT sign-in and Sites hosting, with Cloudflare database and file storage managed through Sites. When generation is requested, the required prompts and files are sent to fal and, where applicable, the model provider. When payments are enabled, Stripe processes payment details and supplies us with billing and transaction records. These providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. You may ask us about the providers and transfers relevant to your use.
Cookies and analytics
Vezlume has not added advertising cookies or audience analytics to this beta. We save your language choice in your browser to remember it. Sign-in, hosting and payment providers may use technologies necessary for their services, under their own privacy notices. Any optional marketing choice must be separate from access to the service.
Retention and deletion
The beta does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Projects and files remain stored until removed through available controls or support. Account closure is handled through support. Deletion from active storage does not mean that billing, security, backup or provider records are erased at the same time. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. When handling your request, we will explain the scope of deletion and any necessary retention.
Your requests and changes to this notice
You may request access, correction, deletion or account closure, and exercise other rights under applicable law, by writing to ceo@aciakram.com. We may need to verify your request. We will update this notice’s date when it changes and provide additional notice where required. The service is intended for adults.
Cancellations and refunds
The following purchase rules will apply when payments are enabled and will be shown before you confirm an order.
Purchases and delivery problems
Public purchases are not currently accepted. Once enabled, this policy will be shown before payment. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a paid action, we will investigate and restore credits deducted in error or provide the refund or remedy due. We will also correct duplicate payments and undelivered orders. Provide your account email and order reference; do not send full card details.
Creative results
A completed generation may consume credits even if it does not match your preferences. Requesting another variation is a separate action. This does not limit your rights if the service is defective, misdescribed or fails to meet legal requirements. Contact support about unused purchases: refund eligibility depends on the order terms and applicable mandatory rights.
Cancellation and returning funds
You may cancel a recurring subscription through available billing controls or by contacting support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and retains credits already granted, with no scheduled expiry in the current system. Approved monetary refunds return to the original payment method where possible; when they appear depends on the payment provider. Applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain available.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain available. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule that overrides them.
Essential information in Arabic
Public purchases remain disabled. Full purchase terms and invoicing in Arabic will be provided before sales to UAE consumers open.

الدفع والأرصدة والإلغاء
عند فتح الشراء، يظهر السعر والعملة والضرائب إن انطبقت والأرصدة المشمولة وأي تجديد قبل الدفع. الأرصدة وحدات استخدام وليست نقودًا أو رصيدًا قابلًا للتحويل. لا يتضمن النظام الحالي موعد انتهاء محددًا للأرصدة. إلغاء الاشتراك يمنع التجديدات اللاحقة ويحافظ على الرصيد المضاف. قد يستهلك التوليد المكتمل أرصدة حتى إذا لم توافق النتيجة تفضيلك الإبداعي.
عند عطل تقني أو تكرار الخصم أو عدم تسليم الطلب، تواصل مع الدعم للتحقق وإعادة الأرصدة المخصومة خطأً أو تقديم الاسترداد أو المعالجة المستحقة. لا تلغي هذه الشروط حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
الخصوصية وطلبات الحذف
نستخدم معرّف تسجيل الدخول لربط مشاريعك وملفاتك بحسابك. تعالج خدمات الاستضافة الملفات اللازمة، وتُرسل مطالبات التوليد والملفات المطلوبة إلى fal ومقدم النموذج عند الاقتضاء. عند تفعيل الدفع، تعالج Stripe بيانات الدفع. قد تُعالج البيانات خارج الإمارات. لا ترفع وثائق الهوية أو بيانات الدفع أو السجلات الصحية إلى مشاريع التوليد.
لا تطبق النسخة التجريبية مدة حذف تلقائي ثابتة. يمكنك طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو إغلاق الحساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني للدعم. قد تبقى سجلات لازمة للالتزامات القانونية أو المطالبات؛ ونوضح نطاق الحذف عند معالجة طلبك.
